CEO & FOUNDER | JENN-JENN MARSHALL
Jenn-Jenn brings over 17 years of experience in sign manufacturing, marketing, sales and business 
management to SIGNFLOWS.  She has spent the past few years managing projects primarily 
for the entertainment industry and cannabis startup companies.  ​

In 2015, she accepted an opportunity to join the team of one of the legal cannabis and hemp industry's leading publicly traded companies.  She spent a year contributing to the sales and marketing success of what she calls her 'introduction to this industry on a full spectrum'.  There, she caught a glimpse of how frequently major shifts occur in the cannabis world and as a result, printed materials such as signs and other marketing collateral constantly needed to be updated in order to meet the evolving regulatory 
guidelines.   This costly issue impacted companies with both large and very small budgets.  She discovered the need for a sign printing source that is not only available to respond to last-minute production requests, but also familiar with the regulations and guidelines specific to the industries of her clients.  She set out to solve this problem by launching an in-house regulatory compliance team at SIGNFLOWS.  Her goal is to ensure that companies have a sign printing experience that is Fast, Affordable, and Compliant​.
 
FUN FACT | THE BEAT GOES ON
Jenn-Jenn is also a Hip-Hop MC with plans to use her platform to bring awareness to social justice issues related to the legal cannabis industry, such as the disproportionate impact of the U.S. “War on Drugs.”   This policy resulted in the arrest and incarceration of many Americans of color who may now be legally prohibited from possessing the very plant that is at the center of America’s fastest growing industry.  She plans to combine her love of music and advocacy to bring light to this disparity. 

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER | WALTER MOSLEY, ESQ.
​Walter Mosley is a Harvard-trained lawyer that leads both the Corporate and Entertainment  
Media & Technology practice groups at Mosley & Associates where he participates in a broad-based 
corporate, securities, real estate, finance, intellectual property, sports, media, arts, fashion 
and entertainment practice.  

After receiving a request to review some written content on a sign for one of SIGNFLOWS' customers, Walter’s interest in this space was sparked by the fact that the sign industry is similar to entertainment law in the way that it is an amalgamation of other practice areas that his firm already handles.  He represents a roster of startup companies with these same sign regulation needs and recently joined the advisory board of SIGNFLOWS to lead the company’s expansion of its in-house regulatory compliance team. This feature will allow customers to have their ads and marketing content reviewed for compliance with applicable regulations before sending to print.

When approached with the opportunity to assist this women-owned sign production startup 
company, he was eager to hop on board.  Walter is committed to helping women monetize their 
brands and grow their careers in a male-dominated business world.

FUN FACT | WALTER THE FEMINIST
Walter is an advocate of women’s rights and is known for the support that he provides celebrity activists that are engaged in women’s empowerment including his longtime client, Amber Rose.  He recently teamed up with women’s rights crusader, Lisa Bloom,  as co-counsel for Blac Chyna and is dedicated to raising awareness about women’s rights, especially amongst his male peers.
